Simon is by the funniest and happiest puppy in the Emerald Dozen litter ~ he is constant energy, constant curiousity, and has only one speed:
"GO" !!
He was the smallest boy in the whelping box ... but, full of personality, is very opinionated, and makes sure he gets his way.
Then there is the sweet side of Simon - he can be the cuddliest boy on earth - he loved to snuggle inside of anything - a blanket, my hair ...
... or would wedge his way into the middle of the puppy pile - thus waking everyone, just so he could be where he wanted to be.
Myrna tells me even now, he has his own bed and she tucks him in every night
Myrna reports that she and Simon completed an obedience class where Simon passed the AKC Canine Good Citizen test..
While he can be a 'dickens', it certainly does not take him long to grasp a concept ... especially where cookies are involved.
I am thrilled for him, as he gets to live in a beautiful log home built by Gary, amongst hundreds of acres of beautiful country.
The Solmi's raise Texas Longhorn Cattle on the gorgeous Yellow Creek Ranch in Oakland, Oregon ... not to (dare I say it ...) "eat" though.
No, these gorgeous creatures are also pets ~ little Simon (who's not so little anymore), is surrounded by love and beauty.
