| Ronin is a mighty warrior ... with a gentle soul. This makes his being a part of the McLaughlin family ... PERFECT! Ronin has two precious girls to love, protect and raise ... being placed, with careful and confident consideration, when the youngest was less than a year old.. He is a large bold male ~ but is as careful, gentle, and sensitive as one could hope for. He is all boy when playing with his dad ... and he's incredibly smart, which shows in the training partnership he has formed with his mom. I am VERY proud of Ronin ... and equally proud of his family. The five of them go 'big mountain' hiking & camping regularly ... so, Ronin enjoys a lot of God's wonderful Nature. Ronin became an IABCA Champion at 11 months, with impressive critiques ... a lovely gift to all of us, since he was not slated to be shown. I look forward to seeing Ronin Obedience titled ... Angie is quite competitive and remains determined and diligent in his training. With the McLaughlin family so close, I am blessed to see Ronin fairly regularly - his weekly "play date" with his litter-mates is something we strive for. Even more exciting is the fact that Angie & Ronin completed training at: Canyon Crest, (see link & photo above), and Ronin is being featured in Ron Pace's upcoming book. Andie and Ronin also completed and tested successfully for the Therapy Dog Institute Certification. Ronin will be attending Libraries, and will be part of a Children's reading program.. As a wonderful side note ... Angie is very talented photographer and some of her work can be seen throughout this website. |
