| "Nursery Rhyme" ~ Bo Diddley |
| Rhyme is fiesty, fun, cool, driven, sweet as sugar, and downright beautiful. She has personality that literally SHINES and the energy that draws people to her. Her facial features are adorable - she is so expressive and full of attitude; her body is bold and compact with nice bone and balance; her movement is nearly-flawless; and her presence i...commanding. She is amazingly adaptable as has been shown in her recent return to Camp Katoba. Rhyme had been with her young mom for almost 5 months when a financial realization caused her return. Vet evaluation, lab work, and a temperament test all show Rhyme to be "prestine" (per Dr. Coe Lindner), and to add to it all ... ... Rhyme is experiencing her first heat cycle ... after which time, she will be available for placement in a show home. I have LOVED this puppy since the moment she arrived and I am so glad that I get to be such an involved part of her life. She has been successful thus far inn the show ring having been out only two weekends. She was considered for WB her first weekend in the ring, ... but alas, her former-mom was simply "outhandled" by two longtime Professionals. Her second weekend out, she won her class again and also garnered a Best Puppy in Breed ... all from the 6-9 months class. While Rhyme had a very special placement story that you can follow by visiting the Full MOO-n page, sometimes, things do not work out as planned. February 28, 2010 ~ Handled by Sarah Burger ... Rhyme is now, officially : Best of Breed Winning Puppy Int'l CH Katoba's Miss Muffet HUGE Congratulations to both. It was, then, time to close that Chapter and look to a stable and rewarding future or Rhyme, both as a show bitch ... and as the Queen of her future home. The word was out for only two days when the calls started pouring in. As the breeder of this wonderful bitch, I had been shaking y head at the entire situation ... ... but, then I realized ... I had been advised against that placement, and I chose to ignore that advice. To all who cared enough to share with me your words of wisdom ... "I thank you, and regret not listening ... ... I let my heart act not my head ... please don't lose faith ... I learned my lesson ... I disgress !!" :) Now, with the interest in this bitch, all is as it should be, and all will come full circle for her. Her former-mom did a great job with her, giving her a good start ! Rhyme will complete her first heat cycle, and then be placed in the home I believe holds the most stable, loving, and dedicated environment. |
