| "Misty-Moo-Fashizzle-Boo"... where do I begin to tell the tales of you? After Misty's 'buyer' abandoned her with us, it was clear that God had much better plans for her. Todd soon fell so hard for Misty, so, we now live with two bitches from the "Emerald Dozen" litter. Misty is stunning ~ "Echo-In-Black" ... she is very much like her mother in her appearance, drive, sweet & silly behaviors, and that amazing movement. With Gunther's help, she obtained a few wonderful "extras" ... including those dreamy BLACK eyes. The first eight months of her life, Misty imprinted heavily upon her big 1/2 sister, Piper - and rightfully so, the sweetness and demand for affection live on. Misty is tenacious, eager, fun, the peace-keeper, brave, sensible ... and knows just how to get what she wants ... from her "daddy"!! Misty garnered her IABCA Titles as a puppy ~ being awarded Best Puppy in Breed and Group placement; the next year obtaining adult CH title ... ... where she was awarded: 2 x Best of Breed wins, 3 x Best Bred By Exhibitor in Breed, and 4 x Group placements. She is pointed in the CKC ring and has been awarded numerous Reserve Winners Bitch honors ... to her sister, Logan. At the '09 Seattle Kennel Club shows, Misty entered the Rally ring without any official training, earning 2 Qualifying scores & 2 legs toward her RN Title. A month later she attended the Timberland Valley Dog Fanciers Show and garnered her 3rd "Q" for her 3rd leg, thus, obtaining a Rally Novice Title. She is an absolute delight to live with, has a solid temperament & great work ethic, and is beautiful to look at ... this girl has a bright future. Hopefully, her "daddy" will pursue the AKC Championship title she so completely deserves. But for now, she will take time for "mom-duty" ... where I believe she will be as fabulous a brood bitch as her mother! Misty is the first Doberman with the "Katoba" prefix to be bred. She whelped a litter of NINE on August 1, 2009 ~ 1 black male, 4 black females, 2 red males 2 red females. The sire of the litter being the fabulous CH Marienburg's Bordeaux, "Mr.B" She had a relatively fast labor and delivery, (all nine in less than 5 hours), and is a great mother to each of them.
