The Miss & Mister litter has brought me more "breeder joy" than I could EVER have imagined. They are so well adjusted, with solid temperaments, and are so beautiful both
inside and out. I simply could NOT have asked for more from this breeding. For the most part they are all doing well, growing nicely, and preparing to hit the show ring in the
next couple of months. Since there are so many that we believe, at least at this time, are worthy Championship prospects, we will have to decide to is shown now, and who
has to wait in the wings for their turn. The ones who have been diligent in contract-contact have been training, having their ears posted regularly, are heavily socialized and
are readying for their show careers. Those who have not, will simply not be ready for their debut the way they could have been ... what a shame.
We tried to get everyone photographed, in stack, for a 5-month photo ... they were NOT in the mood ... but we were able to slow them down long enough for a quick photo of
each of them.  One puppy is traveling with her handlers already, as they train her & prepare for her show career in Texas. As for the ones closer to home ...
... I hope you enjoy :)
Braun has been absent from participation ~ this photo was taken in December. We hope to see him return, but I am told this may first require a gossip-forum-ectomy; then, an
exercise in personal accountability;
then, public apologies to all at Katoba. These are all lessons in humility we aren't sure his owner is capable of. We'll see. I just keep
remembering what I was told: "there is [one] in every litter" :) That said, I believe in Braun's ability to become a Champion
if given the right tools and atmosphere.
Mischief has been training with Rick and Linda George and they will hit the show ring in the competitive Texas circuits in February. We need an updates stack photo of her
for this page, (hey, Elaine ... are you reading this? hahaha). Her mom is hoping that will come with her 6-9 month class First Placement ... or dare she say it: "win photo".
We are sending best wishes and are hoping right along with you , Elaine !!!
Rhyme is a "delightfully spritey" girl. She is giving her mom a run for her money in training. Yet, Sarah remains dilligent and they are going to be a wonderful team. Rhyme
WILL be Sarah's first owner-handled Champion. I am rooting for these two ALL the way.! Rhyme is very much like her mother - the perfect square & true to the Doberman
Pinscher Standard in every way. This should pave the way for these girls. She moves with authority ... and I was shocked to see that Sarah has her free-stacking beautifully.
Louis has been the pick male by the sire owner since the first time she saw him. He's become an amazing young dog. Bone, tone, substance, attitude ... he's remarkable.
With lots of drive, he lets everyone know who's boss :) Yet, he already fetches a tennis ball - gently returning it - as part of a therapeutic game for the Pelton's young
daughter. Dave Pelton is the "Master of the Dremel" - Louis' feet are the greatest. Lou is great with his stacking, and with a bit more lead work will be ready for competition!
Soleil is the show girl surprise - she was always one I thought may be worthy of the "CH", but, now ... there is no doubt in my mind ~ we are thrilled. Soleil has a new family
making the transition slowly, and is the latest to go to a new home. I will miss her terribly - she really is a treat to be around - but will be able to spend alot of time with her as
she plays "show girl". This girl moves with authority and will do whatever is asked of her.
Erica, of course, turns out she HATES being a show girl and is LOVING being my personal show-training challenge. Today she gave me NO pizazz. If she had a middle finger,
she would have put it up at the whole show dog training event. :) She loves being the center of attention; she has the right parts; she will have to get over it :).
She made need to be trained by Cathy Ceely ~ THAT'll turn her attitude around :). She IS the red girl I dreamed of getting ~ now I want her to be the one I dreamed of showing!
Violet ... oh, my, sweet Violet. She is everything I could ask for ... and more. I melt every time I look at her self-stack ... and I enjoy every puppy kiss she hands out.
She is alot like Piper was. Violet ... and her ever-loveliness, her fancy angles, her bone, her presence, her black eyes, her tight feet, her ... "everything".
I just cannot tell you how much I love this little girl. I hope she will make as big a mark in her efforts in the show ring as she has made on my heart.
Zzzen is a dreamboat ... he is big and strong and smart and ready for action at all times. He has a lot of bone and substance. He is polite and sweet, yet he is bold and driven.
He will do anything for a cookie and loves to show off. He will be a LOT of fun for me in the ring and hopefully will be a success in an obedience home soon, as well.
I am especially proud of this boy - he is beautiful ... inside and out. Zzzen is available for placement in a show & performance home ONLY.
Breeze is Todd's favorite puppy in the litter. She stole his heart VERY early on. It will be hard if/when she goes to a new home. Nevertheless, I will have a wonderful time
showing this VERY pretty, fun, flirty girl. She has ALL the right moves and melts your heart when her black eyes stare you down. She has everything it takes to be a great
agility partner, as well as a learned obedience competitor. Breeze is available for placement in a show & performance homeONLY.
