it is "that" time again ... another little bird is leaving the nest.
Rhyme is going home today and I am so sad ~
even though i will see her often, it is not the same when
they become "somebody else's baby".
Rhyme is a real sweetheart and she brightens every day!
She is the funniest and funnest pup in the litter.
Rhyme will be shown to her Championship finishes and will
then live out a happy life as the spoiled princess.
Above are Rhyme's first photos of today.

Before going home, Rhyme needed to have a
bath, nails dremeled, and had her ears posted.
Before the grooming session began, I was
blessed with a few private moments with Rhyme.
I was trying to be happy for her and her new life
that awaits, but I cried buckets. She continued
being her ever-happy, silly self ~ and it didn't
take long for me to realize she was licking away
my tears. My heart won't be the same when this
one is gone.

Before departing, I let Rhyme play in the living room with the "big girls". She has been integrated with them
from an eraly age so there are times when they can all be together ... I felt this was a very important and
sentimental time. Here are some photos of her as a third generation Doberman in our home.

"NO, Todd is NOT allowed to 'go to Will's house to play' ~ because he might never come home :)
