Today was such a busy day, and the weather was gloomy and WET. "Y-U-C-K". So, needless to say, I only got a few photos outside. The first set of stiches along the ear
edges have to be taken out tonight, then the rest are taken out on Saturday night. These cups are supposed to stay on the head as long as possible ... but they are getting
so dirty, I may have to replace them soon ... especially since they like to play outside, explore and hunt in the brushy area so much.
The crops look to be lovely and they are all doing so well - healing at a rate that amazes me.
Some of the pups are tough and bold, some are irritated by the cups on the head. There is one particular puppy that is a total whiner about it, but he ...
... yes, "HE", is so well loved and has been through so much already ... that he gets a "PASS" on the squeeling :).
Several of the kids have a first response on the "sit" command now - Erica and Louis, without fail.
Zzzen & Braun can scale the sides of the indoor pen ... and when they get over and out, they sit and bark until i go down to see them ~ so proud of their accomplishment!
Rhyme is very opinionated - bold, pushy, vivacious, and LOVES to "greet" with the "charge and jump" approach. Oh, how she delights me!
Soleil is also quite talkative - she "tells" she does do not "ask" - her favorite game is "catch me if you can." Wonderfully tenacious girly!
Breeze is silly and zippy and leaps into my arms ~ she is ALWAYS happy and wanting attention ~ and she has one speed: GO!
Violet is still the pretty pretty princess who melts me with her black eyes ... she is strong and a bit mysterious.
And then there is Mischief - she has an agenda all her own ~ she is incredibly smart .. and she knows it! She is the fastest puppy I have ever seen and she is a classic beauty.
