Today was a great day ~ these little dickens started out the day playing in the back yard. They ate breakfast on the back
patio, doing so with vigor. Misty then came out and played follow the leader with her babies ~ making them chase her around
the yard. The "big prize" for the pups was when Misty would stop and let them nurse. After the 90 minutes of morning frolicking,
I cleaned out the indoor pen, refreshed the water, gave each a bath, weighed them, and happily laid them down for their
morning nap. Rhyme is eating like a champ today ... as we can see by the weight gains. The mere fact that they show a gain at
all right now amazes me, because they play and run around the 1/3+ acre yard for hours at a time. They are all doing so well,
and I want them all as close to ten pounds as possible before the ear crops next Wednesday. I was only able to get photos in
the early morning. For every minute I spend taking pictures, it is a minute I don't get to play with these wonderful creatures.
