~ Happy 5th Week Birthday babies ~
The puppies are 5 weeks old today - I cannot believe how fast this time is going. Ear crops will be done in less than 3 weeks - then they will
seem all grown up! One of the black girls still needs a conformation & performance home, and now, Zzzen needs to find a conformation &
performance home - he is gorgeous and will be a FABULOUS agility & obedience dog !!! Lesson learned: until the contract is signed &
payment is made, NEVER hold out a dog for ANYONE!! There is a great, active, dedicated, experienced home out there for Zzzen ... just
waiting for an incredible competitive dog like him to come along. Local evalutators claim he's MACH & OTCH potential.

Tonight was the babies first chicken back experience. Rhyme & Mischief let everyone know that in no uncertain terms, they "do NOT share their backs!!" Zzzen was very
eager to enjoy his dinner - almost humming and grrrr-ing; the others played with them until they figured it out that THIS was DINNER! They are great little, (ehhh ... NOT
so little!), eaters. Once a meal has ended, Misty is still considered "dessert" ... and loves that close, quiet time with her kids. Enjoy the first "back" photos.

Ronin, (Int'l CH Katoba's Emerald Warrior CGC, TDI), now a proud "uncle",
is staying with us over the Labor Day weekend and he is fascinated by the puppies. Above, Ronin meets, [pink collar black girl], Katoba's Miss August, "Breeze".
