Long and exhaustive day. Everyone has had these, right?!? Lots of Clean-up and lots of pup-attention. Set up puppy-pen in the "dog room" downstairs.
Building mini-agility equipment. Documented weights. More clean up. Dog-linen laundry. I need a nap! Scheduled weekend visits and finalizing contract details.
The puppies are precious. They had a bout with some 'gastro-intestinal-distress' this evening, but, I took no chances and had them at the emergency vet
hospital for complete work-ups, (we all know puppies never get sick or hurt during normal office hours - haha). AWEFUL yucky mess this is. Despite the drama
and scary experience ... their labs came back negative for everything we feared. What was expected to be a 3-5 day recovery, was less than 24 hours as they
are already seemingly "normal", (whatever that is). They are bouncing back amazing well. All are home and comfortable. The only "long term damage" was
that done to the credit card ~ it disintegrated when I paid the bill, (hehe). They proved just how amazingly resilient they are to the "evils that lurk".
Nevertheless, I am going to be EVEN MORE protective (if that is possible), from now on. Nevertheless, all is on the road to wellness in "Puppy Paraside" ...
... and oh, how I love them ... and I remain in awe of their dam, Misty.
